Pre press Operator
£11.30 -12.70 per hour

Pre press Operator required to work for manufacturing client in Stevenage.
Requirements:
Experience in print or pre-press is preferred, however for the right candidate, training can be given. The focus for pre-press is to aid production, increase output and maintain quality/efficiencies.
- Mounting of flexographic printing plates onto cylinders - This requires good hand and eye coordination, attention to detail is very important.
- Administration - The candidate must be computer literate, they will be required to order in printing plates from an outside source, these will then need to be matched up to job cards.
- Labelling - box end labels need to be produced for the finished products.
- Plate Making - you will be required to make emergency plates on the in-house plate machine.
- Ink Mixing - following formulas and looking up Pantone references to supply pre-mixed inks for the printers.
Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
