Job Description :
- Independently responding to all incoming sales enquiries by telephone or email.
- Answering customer queries and arranging delivery dates.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and Mail quotations as per advice of sales executives.
Knowledge & Skills
- Computer Skills
- Communication skills - English Written & Spoken.
- Language - Hindi preferred,
