We are looking for a cafe allrounder to help us in our busy shop for 25+ hours per week with an eye for detail. Our customers are the most important part of our business so they need to be looked after.... some more than others! If you have a willingness to learn, an ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a fluid team and most importantly provide our customers with an experience that they want to come back for, then please get in touch. We are seeking people who can meet the following criteria;
Must be able to follow processes, procedures and instruction from management
produce quality coffee.... constantly
brewing teas
learning the various coffee blends and teas in store
preparation of basic food items
clearing of tables
doing dishes
cash handling
opening and closing activities
customer service
Skills & Experience
Cafe and barista experience preferred not essential (we can teach the right person)
Be a people person
Good communication skills
Be willing to learn and enhance your own skills
Be well presented
Be honest and trustworthy
Requirements
We are open 7 Days a week and from 7 - 5pm, so we need people who are flexible with the hours/ days that they work
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $21.11 – $25.00 per hour
