IT Support Engineer [South Korea]


 

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of company's internal clients;

Ø Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of internal clients;

Ø Responsible for hardware malfunction handling, such as client, network, telephone line, printer, etc.;

Ø Maintain and support the internal client application systems;

Ø Responding to client requests and requirements in a timely manner;

Ø The distribution, installation and troubleshooting of the client batch software;

Ø Responsible for cabling within the site and liaising with external suppliers as necessary;

Ø Set-up, control and maintain as necessary the security systems, computer room distribution, room air conditioning, computer room, environmental monitoring;

Ø Assist in ad hoc assigned projects;

Key Qualifications and Experience

Essential

Ø Maintain IT assets inventory;

Ø Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT support experiences

Ø A good grounding of providing high volume, fast-paced desktop support;

Ø Has basic network troubleshooting knowledge, having CCNA would be a bonus;

Ø Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Visio, etc.);

Ø Knowledge in configuration management and routine maintenance of the AD, mainstream Windows systems, and mobile systems;

Ø Good at communicating with others in a proactive manner;

Ø Passionate about new technologies and a demonstrable enthusiasm in keeping up-to-date with latest trends and solutions;

Ø Previous experience of sourcing and managing external suppliers;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 50,000,000원 - 70,000,000원 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 서울: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • IT Support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Networking: 1 year (Preferred)
