Chief Finance Officer Secretary [Philippines]


 

Assists CFO through performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Servers as the CFO's external representative to external parties including but not limited to financial institutions such as banks.

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Gathering necessary inputs and reports from the department for KPI evaluation
  • Going to places as assigned to procure legal tender/notes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and accounting systems required
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related as assigned
  • Can work with minimum and less supervision
  • Works well with other, team player

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php23,459.83 per month
