Job Description
- Execute the recruitment strategy across its scope, implementing targeted sourcing and marketing techniques to identify and attract appropriate talent pools
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with hiring Managers and HRBPs,
- Develop and deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the company
- Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
- Align with headquarter recruiting for employer branding and develop employer branding strategy & activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
- Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level
- Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business
- Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization
- Ensure participation in external recruiting events and identify new partnerships with campuses or laboratory to build and maintain close relationship with our target campuses.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a relevant field with HR.
- Minimum 8 years of prior experience in recruitment in a Corporate.
- High-tech industry recruitment experience preferrable.
- Effective communication skills to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of the regional talent market, has the ability to build connections via various channels
- Strong organization skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable in a constantly evolving working environment
- Must have good written and communication skills in English and Korean
