Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Job Description

  • Execute the recruitment strategy across its scope, implementing targeted sourcing and marketing techniques to identify and attract appropriate talent pools
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with hiring Managers and HRBPs,
  • Develop and deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the company
  • Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline
  • Align with headquarter recruiting for employer branding and develop employer branding strategy & activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
  • Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level
  • Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business
  • Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization
  • Ensure participation in external recruiting events and identify new partnerships with campuses or laboratory to build and maintain close relationship with our target campuses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a relevant field with HR.
  • Minimum 8 years of prior experience in recruitment in a Corporate.
  • High-tech industry recruitment experience preferrable.
  • Effective communication skills to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms.
  • Solid understanding of the regional talent market, has the ability to build connections via various channels
  • Strong organization skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable in a constantly evolving working environment
  • Must have good written and communication skills in English and Korean
