We're looking for a Senior Applied Data Scientist who expects more from their career. As a Senior Applied data scientist, you will be responsible for delivering on our workplan for 1:1 program, supporting the development of one of the most engaging loyalty programs in Norway for Coop's 1.7 million members. You will be working in close collaboration with our analysts in India and be an important contributor in driving engagement and sales using customer data.
What we expect from you
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with PYTHON, SPARK or other SQL based programming
- Knowledge of statistical inference and methods.
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills – translate complex problem to pragmatic solutions
- Well organized with Project management skills
- Relationship builder
- Ability to make KPI's and interpret data into actionable insights
- Advanced Verbal and Written English language skills
