- Assist in general administrative duties;
- Making calls and follow-up with customers on appointment confirmation as well as shifting and booking in appointment;
- Preparing and issue of relevant documents, printing and filing as well as inventory control;
- Perform data entry, organize, issuing and receiving of goods;
- Follow up on marketing leads and take on telemarketing duties; and
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties assigned by your superior
