For this role, you will be expected to be located in Istanbul, Turkey.
A Day in Life
Specifically, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible, in agreement with the CathLab Marketing Manager, to:
• Plan and lead the launch across TWAL, in close collaboration with the region.
• Lead the communication strategy with special focus on product messaging, liaising with the CEMA upstream team to ensure the effective dissemination of new clinical results and associated claims.
• Lead the deployment of Promotional and education tool kits that meet the needs of TWAL field team.
• Managing the lifecycle of the products under his/her responsibility.
• Ensure that appropriate sales & marketing tools are provided to the country organizations.
• Facilitate country specific adaptation and implementation of key marketing strategies/tactics. Build and maintain relationships with local teams through close partnership.
• Work with the CEMA Upstream & TWAL Downstream Marketing teams to identify customer unmet needs and market requirements for the definition of product specifications, for the planning and for the prioritization of product launches, for the development of creative concepts, messaging and toolkit
• Lead local and international congress participations process and run MDT driven activities in and outside of TWAL
• Work in partnership with supply chain, finance as well as the country teams to accurately forecast product demand and monitor product availability
• Work in collaboration with the VAS and Market Development teams to develop Marketing campaigns and activities that align and meet the needs of the country field teams
• Periodically monitor product performance in terms of turnover, complaints, sales price trends and forecasts
Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree from relevant universities,
• Experienced in sales with 5+ years
• Outstanding communication / interpersonal skills
