Your mission
- Collaborate with our DevOps team to maintain and enhance our cloud infrastructure using AWS services, including ECS, EC2, Cognito, DocumentDB or MongoDB, API Gateway, and blockchain technologies (IOTA).
- Automate and streamline software deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Support the setup and maintenance of development, testing, and staging environments.
- Implement and maintain security measures in line with industry best practices.
- Contribute to agile development processes and stay up to date with emerging DevOps and cloud computing trends.
Your profile
- Enrolled student at a recognized university in Germany, pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest and passion for DevOps practices and cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, EC2, Cognito, DocumentDB or MongoDB, API Gateway, and blockchain technologies (IOTA is preferred).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
